Having a fiery passion within can be very helpful in many facets of life. In business and in every day life, a fiery passion is needed to continuously move forward, especially in the highly competitive world that we all live in today. The Wild Fire is an award that recognizes those individuals who display their passion for anything that they care about. The Wild Fire is an award meant for those who show a fire within a fire. Being able to honor and recognize someone for all of their hard work is an honor in itself. Being able to honor someone for their hard work in the medical or science related field is an even greater honor. You know that this individual has contributed to great things that has effected many lives. Bennett Awards produced custom awards for the recent Elle Magazine 17th Annual Women in Hollywood Awards ceremony. This recognition awards gala event was held October 18, 2010 at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. The Women in Hollywood Awards honor women for their achievements in film across all aspects of the film industry, including acting, directing and producing. This year, recipients of these unique awards included Jodie Foster, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Hilary Swank, Diane Keaton, Sofia Coppola, Diane Kruger, Kerry Washington, and Jessica Chastain. Achieving something that you have aspired to do for years gives you a feeling like never before. This achievement can be anything you have aspired to do for years or even a short term goal that signals something significant in your life. Seeing an individual leave your organization can be difficult, especially if you had a close relationship. Whether it is due to retirement or a new opportunity, you should be grateful for what that individual has brought to the company and to your learning experience. The corporate award was customized for the presention by incorporating custom engraving on both the base and body of the award. The metal base of the corporate award was engraved with the Toshiba name and name of the division, while the crystal body of the award featured custom engraving of the name of the award, name of the presenters, and signatures of the presenters.

Unique awards created by Bennett Awards were used by the United Nations as the recognition awards for the 2nd annual MDG Recognition Awards Ceremony. The MDGs were created by a United Nations taskforce with the purpose of galvanizing the world towards achieving eight significant goals by the year 2015. These goals are centered around poverty, HIV/AIDS, child mortality, empowering women, education, climate change, and developing a global partnership for development. Unique recognition awards were presented in the following categories: Government, Lifetime Achievement, Recognition for Outstanding Youth Leadership, and Stand Up Mobilization. This year, the United Nations used the unique awards design “Eternal Spirit” for these prestigious awards. This years recognition awards ceremony was held September 19, 2010, at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, one day prior to the MDG Summit at UN Headquarters. Bennett Awards just completed production of a new set of custom corporate awards for Intel Corporation. These unique corporate awards were designed and developed for the “Intel Schools of Distinction Awards”, a national education awards program sponsored by Intel Corporation that honors U.S. schools demonstrating excellence in math and science education through innovative teaching and learning environments. To be considered for these Intel Schools of Distinction custom awards, schools must develop an environment and curricula that meet or exceed benchmarks put forth by national science and mathematics content standards. This year, 18 schools were designated as finalists for these prestigious awards. These 18 schools received a $5,000 grant and a trip to Washington, D.C., for the corporate awards presentation. At a recognition awards gala held September 14, 2010, in Washington, D.C., six of these schools were named as Intel Schools of Distinction. These schools received a $10,000 grant and a custom corporate awards designed by Bennett Awards. In addition, one of these six schools, Walter Payton Preparatory High School from Chicago, Illinois, also received the Star Innovator Award, which is also a custom awards design created by Bennett Awards. This is the ninth straight year Bennett Awards has produced these unique awards for this corporate awards program.
